Client Discovery
Digital Humanity’s primary goal for this project was to enhance ease of use and navigation. We conducted in-depth 1-on-1 user interviews, allowing users to interact with the app and provide feedback on improving the UX and UI from their perspectives. Our objective was to ensure users could quickly understand the client’s services, see their relevance, and access necessary information with minimal clicks. We updated the content, refreshed the design with eye-catching brand colours, and ensured consistent styling to guide users effectively.
Based on the user interviews, we compiled a detailed report showing scores for individual sections, additional context, feedback from our internal workshops, and a design recommendation list. This report aimed to assist the client in implementing prioritised changes. We also eliminated orphaned pages and hidden content, presenting all service information in clear, reliable, and consistent layouts for a clean and purposeful user experience.
