Our client, Caught Online, faced challenges that impacted their site’s effectiveness and growth potential. Although they experienced strong traffic and engagement, mobile conversions were below expectations, and the site’s load speed lagged, leading to a less-than-optimal user experience.
Additionally, the site’s stability was compromised by unoptimized backend tools and legacy code, making it difficult to integrate new functionality and customer-centric features. Our project aimed to address these needs by enhancing mobile performance, improving load speed, and creating a stable, scalable backend to support future growth and feature expansion.

Our goals for the Caught Online project focused on optimizing performance, usability, and customer offerings. We began by evaluating the impact of custom legacy code, identifying unused or inefficient elements that could be optimized or consolidated for improved functionality. The site was then rebuilt using lean tools, removing anything that didn’t enhance usability or performance.
Through extensive mobile testing, we pinpointed barriers that hindered mobile conversions, allowing us to address these issues effectively. Additionally, we expanded the client’s service offerings, introducing a subscription option to increase customer convenience and engagement.
