The primary solution for this project focused on ease of use and navigability. Content was updated, and the look and feel were refreshed and invigorated with eye-catching brand colours and consistent styling that would help orient the user in their website navigation process. However, the star of the show, and the solution objective was to ensure that users can understand the client's services in a single overview, how these services are relevant to themselves and to reach the necessary information in as few clicks as possible. No orphaned pages, no content hidden in rabbit holes and all service content combined and displayed in useful, reliable, consistent layouts for a clean, purposeful website user experience.
