Client Discovery
With the WordPress upgrade to PHP version 8, the LEX Africa website theme would be deprecated to the point of potentially causing front-end breakages and functionality issues. We rebuilt their website using the latest WordPress themes, software and SEO principles, while allowing existing URL redirect to still be functional and connect existing users with content they are familiar with.
The website build project was briefed and built in 6 weeks – half the time of a typical WordPress development project – to ensure that their users experience no down time.
Website architecture was reorganised in a way that made their User Experience clearer and more intuitive, which included a smoother website owner experience as well. Large portions of the site were rebuilt to be more dynamic, interactive and engaging while keeping the website backend clean and light for website performance.
